Joanna is extensively skilled in organizational diagnosis and development, change management, leadership development and training, and particularly experienced in human resources and talent management.
Joanna is a psychologist with post-graduate degrees in Leadership Development (The George Washington University) and Human Resource Management (The Warsaw School of Economics). She is also a certified practitioner in occupational testing, occupational personality questionnaire and the Margerison-McCann Team Management Profile. And she is a member of The Society for Human Resource Management, The Polish Human Resource Management Association, and the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology.
